Services
High Intensity Interval Training, is complete program that will involve repeated bouts of high intensity efforts. It will include the use of weights, core training, cardio machines, and resistance training.
Intro to Boxing is a solid program where we will combine Running, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), mitt work, strength and conditioning, and boxing drills, for a complete boxing workout experience.
This program will involve a series of exercises, focusing on using abdominal and back muscles. You will be executing various exercises, working with and without weights, in order to build a strong and stable core (stomach & Back).
UFT Strength Training program will be comprised of Universal machines, along with free weights, and the use of resistance training. It will be designed to strengthen individual muscles, as well as overall muscle groups combined.
Our Speed and Agility program is designed to help with your coordination and balance. Also it will assist you with gaining more strength and learning how to maintain body control.

During your Training Assessment. We will discuss your fitness objectives and goals. We will also measure your body weight as well as check your BMI( body mass index). After a brief discussion, we will then build a program designed specifically for you to meet your goals and objectives.
